well, i guess it could be worse.
yesterday was meeting a friend at the new Apple store, which is near the FAO Schwarz store.
guy in the front all dressed up in some sort of quasi-London palace guard uniform, (long sleeves, heavy cloth) complete with tall hat.
somewhere out there is some poor slob forced to wear the entire giant chicken suit and hand out flyers.
between this and world events, i'm thinking i might just move to Saturn. it's supposed to be nice this time of year...

You know how it feels to walk into a laundromat when all the dryers are opened up at once mid-cycle?
And the heater's on.
And someone's making a turkey.
Oklahoma.
Uninhabitable.
(This is me sympathizing, not attempting one-upsmanship--even if I could, I know what the heat can do to a person--I don't want to get on your bad sides.)

I hate the heat. In CA where I used to live it is 105 with no humidity. Plah.
