Oh my! Go bamboo lemur dad. My dad did that a while ago, but it was all this like right wing stuff, and thankfully he stopped (um, because he couldn't find it again after he wrote one post. Go figure).

I quit drinking except for Saturday nights. But I had 3 glasses of wine Sat night and I was depressed all day Sunday...connection?

Yes, I understand about the drinking thing. I like to have a few drinks but often times the next day is not so fun. So I take that into consideration before I start. I ask myself how moody do I want to be tomorrow? And the answer dictates how much I drink. lol
